    2008 Year in Review

Well, I realized that, as time progressed, people really didn't need to hear me repeat over and over about how I was rejected from this job or that. I also realized how little I've written since I've returned from Chicago. I think it's a bit of the spirit of giving up that's caused that.

January: I can't believe that I forgot to mention RENT in that last post.
February: Last night, I unexpectedly had the chance to spend the evening with some friends.
March: It's been a while since I've updated. I've been pretty busy.
April: So, today I received a rejection letter in the mail from The Chronicle of Higher Education.
May: This, my friends, is a general idea where I've been since last Thursday, most of the driving being from Thursday night to Saturday. I'm exhausted.
June: Well, to say it, "So, I'm in Chicago."
July: I’ve come a long way.
August: Reasons I Want to Move to California
September: I'm gradually becoming numb to it all.
October: I have a talent. It's called "predicting what a letter will say before I open the envelope."
    November: Because I'm A Follower
    December: --zilch--

And as I included last year ...

    3. Can't really think of one ... I didn't really get too many new CDs this year.
